We're looking for a creative, proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our small marketing team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of digital marketing campaigns, social media, content creation and customer success stories across Tensor plc and our associated brands.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to create engaging marketing content that generates leads, strengthens our brand and showcases our innovative products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering the digital marketing strategy and marketing calendar.
- Creating engaging written content including blogs, news articles, customer case studies, email campaigns and landing pages.
- Managing and growing our LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media channels with a focus on creating engaging B2B content.
- Planning, filming and editing video content for YouTube, social media, customer testimonials, product demonstrations and events.
- Conducting customer interviews via telephone, video call and occasional on-site visits to develop written and video case studies.
- Assisting with designing and sending email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters.
- Working with our Sales, Technical and Product teams to identify marketing opportunities and develop compelling campaigns.
- Applying SEO best practices across new and existing website content to improve rankings, traffic and lead generation.
- Identifying new opportunities to improve our digital presence and online customer experience.
- Supporting exhibitions, product launches, and other marketing activities when required.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating content, isn't afraid to get behind a camera or speak with customers, and wants to play an important role in growing multiple technology brands.
You'll be organised, creative and comfortable managing several projects at once while working as part of a small, collaborative marketing team.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a digital marketing role.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with excellent written English.
- Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Experience creating engaging marketing content for B2B audiences.
- Good understanding of SEO and how to improve website performance.
- Confidence speaking with customers by telephone, video call and in person.
- Experience planning and delivering email marketing campaigns.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn about technical products and communicate complex information in a clear, engaging way.
Desirable Skills
- Previous B2B marketing experience.
- Experience filming and editing marketing videos.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Experience marketing technical, engineering, manufacturing or software products.
