Playzone Swansea is part of a growing UK group of Soft Play Centres with over 20 years of success. Alongside daytime play, we host Adult Nights and Private Hire events. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Duty Manager to support our busy venue and deliver great customer experiences.
The Role
You’ll assist the Site Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring excellent service, cleanliness, safety and profitability. You’ll often be in charge of shifts, supporting staff and maintaining smooth site performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any issues quickly.
- Support sales growth and motivate the team to meet targets.
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards throughout the site.
- Manage shift rotas, staffing and site presentation.
- Support training and development of team members.
About You
- Experience in retail, catering or hospitality management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable, motivated and flexible to work shifts, weekends and evenings.
