Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Keyworker to join our team. As a Keyworker, you will play a crucial role in supporting children's learning, development, and well-being. You will be responsible for ensuring each child’s individual needs are met, creating fun and engaging activities, and building strong relationships with both the children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Support children’s development through planned and spontaneous activities.
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development.
- Work as part of a supportive team, attending regular meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young children, has a positive attitude, and is ready to work in a team-oriented environment. To be considered, you will need:
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Experience working with children in an early years setting (preferably in a Keyworker role).
- A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- A positive, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
