We are seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to manage a diverse property portfolio within a Local Authority setting. This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options available. The position supports hybrid working, requiring office attendance only as necessary, with occasional local site visits in Kidderminster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing mixed property portfolios, conducting valuations, and handling various landlord and tenant matters.

Manage a mixed commercial and operational property portfolio.

Conduct property valuations for various purposes.

Deliver landlord and tenant services across different asset types.

Negotiate lease renewals, rent reviews, licenses, and other property agreements.

Oversee lettings and tenancy matters.

Support general estate management activities.

Provide professional property advice to internal stakeholders.

Conduct property inspections and site visits as needed.

Assist with income generation and asset optimization initiatives.

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and professional standards.

Collaborate with colleagues across multiple service areas.
Requirements:

Experience as an Estates Surveyor within a Local Authority or Public Sector environment.

Proven track record in managing a mixed property portfolio.

Knowledge of commercial and industrial property estates.
