We’re looking for a motivated, confident and ambitious person to join our team in a Sales and Marketing role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to build their career, gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a fast-paced business environment.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients, support marketing campaigns, develop new business opportunities and learn how successful sales strategies are created and delivered. Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential — we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine interest in business, sales and marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help develop and deliver sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Build positive relationships with clients, partners and customers.
- Support B2B sales conversations and negotiations.
- Help organise marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms and traditional channels.
- Work with the marketing team to create engaging promotional content.
- Look after client accounts and provide excellent customer service.
- Use CRM systems and other IT tools to manage customer information and sales activity.
- Keep accurate records of client conversations, sales activity and marketing results.
- Communicate confidently with customers and colleagues.
- Work as part of a supportive team while taking responsibility for your own projects and targets.
