Are you an exceptional childcare professional ready for your next opportunity?
Whether you're a nursery practitioner, a nanny, an SEN support worker, a play worker, a teaching assistant, or an experienced babysitter — if you've got genuine childcare experience and real passion for it, we want to hear from you.
Little Village Co is on a mission to become the trusted name in premium, vetted childcare, and we're building an elite roster of the very best sitters, nannies, and childcare specialists in the industry. This isn't just another babysitting gig. It's a genuine career opportunity for talented individuals who want to be recognised, rewarded, and given room to grow.
We're looking for standout candidates, people with real experience, real passion, and the drive to make childcare their craft.
What makes this opportunity different
- A true career pathway! Progress through our experience tiers (Standard, Experienced, and Specialist) as you build your reputation with us, with opportunities to move into nanny placements for the right candidates.
- Flexible, zero-hours working. Pick up the bookings that suit you and build your work around your life, with the security of a proper contract behind you.
- Earn what you're worth. Competitive, tiered hourly rates that reward experience and specialism, paid straight through PAYE.
- Simple by design. Workplace pension contributions included, and no self-assessment tax return to worry about.
- Recognition that matters. Loyalty rewards for our most trusted sitters, including a thank-you gift once you hit your first 10 bookings with us, and the chance to be part of a fast-growing company from the ground floor.
- More than family bookings. If you'd like it, there's also the option to pick up nursery placements through us, whether that's a one-off shift, a short-term cover, or a longer-term booking.
- Work that means something. Support children with meaningful, age-appropriate development activities (school readiness, phonics, sensory play, and more), not just supervision.
