Production Supervisor / Team Leader - DUNSTABLE (Central Bedfordshire)
With four large, modern, central laundries located across England, Synergy LMS is a major supplier of laundry and linen services to the NHS.
Our plant in Dunstable, is undergoing a major investment program consisting of millions of pounds worth of new production equipment. We’re also improving the workplace environment to maximise employee satisfaction, health & safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
To help us achieve these goals, we’re searching for talented, enthusiastic people to join our production leadership team. The best candidates will possess the following traits:

- We’re very much like a manufacturing facility, so experience in manufacturing, food production, or similar environments is beneficial.
- Capable of travelling to the site within 30 minutes - therefore, close geographical proximity is essential.
In the near future, our plant will transition to seven-day operations involving two distinct day shift teams, each working 3.5 days a week.
One shift working Sunday – Wednesday, and the other, Wednesday – Saturday. Shifts will begin at 6am.
We’re searching for individuals to join either of those teams.
Compensation: Starting pay is £15.68 per hour, which may be increased, depending on experience
