At Vault Menswear, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a Sales Focused retail environment and is eager to develop their skills while contributing to the success of the business.
What we're looking for:
- A passion for fashion and retail.
- A strong sales background in men's fashion with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- An awareness of current fashion trends and the ability to engage with customers confidently.
- A willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute new ideas.
The role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Work alongside the sales team and management to maximise store performance.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising.
- Support the team with day-to-day store operations.
