We are looking for a new baker / bakers to join our team due to expansion. This is an exciting time for Crumb as we look to the future.
This is a varied role including both sourdough and viennoiserie/pastry work. Shifts start between 2-8am each day. Working days can include part and full weekends. Salary/hourly rate is dependent on experience.
Experience working in a bakery is a must.
The job will entail:
· Mixing doughs
· Shaping bread
· Baking of sours and pastries
· Viennoiserie
· Pastry
· Working as part of a small team as well as some solo work
· Making sandwiches / sandwich prep
· Working with the other bakers to come up with new flavours
· Cleaning, daily & deep cleaning

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
