PwC is seeking an experienced professional to join its Employee Share Plan team. We welcome candidates from accounting, tax, legal, or actuarial backgrounds.
The role involves designing and implementing employee incentive arrangements for listed and privately owned businesses. Strong tax expertise is essential; legal and accounting skills are helpful but not required. Experience in EMI schemes, CSOPs, growth shares, EBTs, and EOTs is preferred.

Design and manage employee incentive schemes that meet client needs and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Develop strategic incentive proposals through cross-functional collaboration, analysis, and due diligence.

Prepare clear recommendations and present them to senior stakeholders to secure support for proposed schemes.

Stay up to date with legislation and market trends while mentoring junior team members and supporting their development.
You have proven experience in a professional services firm or relevant industry role, ideally focused on employee incentives.
