Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and dry pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the pot washing station and surrounding kitchen areas throughout your shift
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support the culinary team
- Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and ensure safe use at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely turnaround of clean cookware for food service
- Adhere to sanitation protocols and health regulations to uphold hygiene standards
- Help with organizing storage areas for clean kitchenware to promote an efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is valued
