We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Team member at a busy and friendly golf club. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys working both in a team-oriented environment and independently.
Reporting To: Clubhouse Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests
- Work behind the bar, including cellar management and stock handling
- Assist in the restaurant area, ensuring high standards of service
- Operate tills and handle cashing up procedures accurately
- Act as a key holder, including opening and locking the premises when required
- Support the setup and delivery of club events and functions
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming clubhouse environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience working in a bar environment, including cellar management
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a restaurant setting
- Previous experience in a golf club or similar environment is preferred
- Experience using tills and handling cashing up procedures
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to hold keys and secure the premises
Working Hours:
- Minimum of 20 hours per week
- Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Sunday, including evenings and weekends

Experience:
