We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our passionate and dynamic team – someone who will help us create a truly vibrant guest experience and bring our vision to life.
The Role
As a Bar Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in leading the front-of-house bar operations, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service and every cocktail is crafted to perfection. You’ll lead by example, supporting the team to deliver excellence, creativity, and energy in every shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional presentation.
- Support the management team in leading and motivating the bar staff.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience through personal interaction, product knowledge, and attention to detail.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and serve a range of premium cocktails, wines, and spirits with confidence and flair.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing knowledge on cocktail creation and service standards.
- Contribute ideas for new signature cocktails and menu enhancements.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve any service issues.
- Ensure cash handling, till procedures, and stock reconciliation are accurate and compliant.
About You

You will:
- Have prior experience in a supervisory or senior bartender position, ideally in a high-end or cocktail-focused venue.
- Be energetic, personable, and committed to providing a five-star guest experience.
- Demonstrate excellent mixology skills and a passion for crafting cocktails.
- Be a strong communicator and team player.
- Have an eye for detail, presentation, and consistency.
- Show initiative and bring creative ideas to enhance the bar’s offering.
- Remain calm and professional under pressure.
