The Role:
We are seeking an exceptionally detail-oriented individuals who take immense pride in their work to join our specialised turnaround team. We pay market-leading rates because we demand an uncompromising level of precision, speed, and thoroughness. This role requires a physically active, resilient, and highly thorough Premium Property Detailer. You will be dealing with real-world mess, heavily used kitchens, scaled bathrooms, and properties that require intense muscle memory and deep elbow grease to reset. Working alongside a Lead Cleaner, you will be expected to transform properties into immaculate spaces, focusing on the fine details that standard cleaners overlook. This role is perfect for a methodical, energetic individual who has a positive attitude toward manual tasks, thrives on visible results and wants to work within a highly supportive, modern, and tech-enabled corporate structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform meticulous cleaning and deep sanitisation of residential and commercial spaces, washrooms and kitchen facilities.
- Carry-out carpet and upholstery spot-treatments and appliance detailing including ovens and fridges
- Execute high-end standard cleans, intensive deep cleans, and detailed end-of-tenancy turnaround.
- Work efficiently alongside a Lead Cleaner to deliver exceptional service output.
- Ensure all company-issued tools, kits, and uniforms are treated with absolute car.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Background Checks: Ability to pass a company-funded Basic DBS background check.
- Discretion: Absolute commitment to professional discretion, including a willingness to sign a binding corporate Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement.
- Experience & Standards: Must possess active experience maintaining your own immediate living space with a meticulous eye for minor details. Previous professional cleaning experience is highly desirable but not essential.
- Reliability & Stamina: Be exceptionally reliable, punctual, and physically capable of maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate exceptional time management skills paired with a polite, professional and courteous demeanour.
- Commuting: Ability to independently commute and make your own way to scheduled job locations across York and surrounding areas.
