Responsibilities

- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed diligently during food preparation and service
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations when needed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver timely service without compromising quality
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces throughout your shift
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation skills
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for handling bills, payments, and inventory checks
- Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling standards
- Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced service environments efficiently

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
