Looking after the drinks service in a 49 bedroomed hotel between lunch and dinner times. Serving guests drinks from our bar both hot and cold, taking cash/card payment and placing receipts onto accommodation accounts. Wine and drinks service during dinner. Keeping the bar to a very high standard of cleanliness and taking control of all aspects of the beverage service. Some cellar knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
