Position: Partnership Manager

The Role:
The successful candidate will play a critical role in the success of the customer engagement function at Citrus Training and will have responsibility for providing customer support to our contracted clients. This role is vital to the growth plans set out by the company and will play a crucial part in ensuring that Citrus Training are successfully delivering on service level agreements for our clients, meeting or exceeding targets and protecting and retaining revenue.

This role may require some travel, depending on the requirements of our clients. This may be to conduct client meetings, as well as potentially supporting additional company requirements such as exhibitions, meet the buyer events and workshops as required.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Managing training enquiries and booking requests from a nominated group of accounts;
- To provide key support tasks on behalf of Citrus Training’s contracted clients.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and drive success.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Responsible for delivering any SLAs and KPIs in-line with customer agreements.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each client's unique goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and scheduling to align strategies and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
- Continuously assess account health and growth potential, identifying risks and opportunities, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Negotiate contract renewals and pricing adjustments to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide strategic guidance and insights to clients.
- Internal liaising with Citrus stakeholders to ensure pre and post course paperwork is sent and received accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Communicating directly with trainers and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely receipt of pre and post course paperwork, including certificates and attendance updating.
- To collate, store, organise and submit all necessary pre and post course records and documentation to clients.
- To support the customer engagement function with adhoc, relevant, duties and projects at times of peak workload.
- Provide internal Citrus customer team feedback and support with regular meetings to share initiatives and developmental needs.
- Be the first-line support for customer specific complaints and feedback escalation resolution in support of Customer Advisors and in-line with Citrus best practice standards.
The Person
- Experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Knowledge or experience of the construction and/or training/education sector would be beneficial, but is not essential.
- IT literate with knowledge and experience in Microsoft office programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service and people skills, with a hands on and customer centric approach.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Strong time management skills along with the ability to be organised and plan and prioritise tasks.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to working hours to accommodate the needs of our clients and the business.
Salary:
Subject to experience plus performance based commission
