We're looking for Partnership Growth Managers who can bring passion, personality and relentless enthusiasm to growing our corporate partner network.
You'll become the face of the Gold Card programme, building exciting partnerships that generate referrals, consultations and life-changing smile transformations.
Every new partnership you secure has the potential to generate hundreds of patients, making this an incredibly rewarding and commercially exciting role.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting and winning new corporate partners through telephone, LinkedIn, email and face-to-face networking.
- Building relationships with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers.
- Presenting the benefits of the Space Dental Gold Card with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Onboarding new partners and ensuring every launch is exciting, professional and successful.
- Encouraging partners to actively promote the Gold Card within their business.
- Booking consultations for business owners, employees and referrals.
- Managing and growing your portfolio of corporate accounts.
- Creating new opportunities for referrals and increasing partner engagement.
- Working closely with our marketing and patient teams to maximise every opportunity.
We're Looking For Someone Who
✔ Loves speaking to people and building genuine relationships.
✔ Has a background in B2B sales, business development or account management.
✔ Enjoys outbound prospecting and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
✔ Is commercially minded and loves winning.
✔ Can influence business owners and senior decision-makers.
✔ Brings energy, positivity and enthusiasm every single day.
✔ Is organised, self-motivated and target-driven.
