We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. Duties
- Monitor entry and exit points to verify identification and authorize access for staff and visitors.
- Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee activity within the premises and identify potential security threats when required to review incidents.
- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behavior and intervening when necessary
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with local police and emergency services as needed
- Enforce venue policies, ensuring all guests adhere to safety guidelines and code of conduct
- Perform regular patrols of the premises to identify hazards, check for unauthorized access, and maintain overall security integrity
- Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents, and visitor logs for accountability and reporting purposes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role with active certification/license where applicable
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations with calmness and professionalism
- SIA Door Supervisor license is a must
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests, staff, and emergency responders
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, and perform patrols for extended periods throughout shifts
- Must be able to work week days & weekends
