The Role

As a Graduate PMO, you will play a key role in supporting our client accounts, delivery governance, and project coordination activities across major government programmes.
This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career within a growing IT consultancy, working closely with Delivery Managers, Account Leads, PMO teams, consultants, and technical specialists in an agile environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to large-scale public sector programmes while building strong foundations in project coordination, stakeholder management, governance, reporting, and client operations.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate PMO, you will:

Support Delivery Managers, PMO Leads, and Account Managers with governance and coordination activities across public sector client accounts.

Maintain project trackers, onboarding records, action logs, and reporting documentation.

Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing minutes and actions.

Support resource coordination, onboarding activities, and timesheet/project administration.

Help manage project and account reporting, including dashboards, status updates, and delivery metrics.

Liaise with internal teams including recruitment, finance, operations, and delivery to ensure smooth project operations.

Support compliance activities relating to public sector requirements, clearances, and documentation.

Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and coordination.

Identify opportunities to improve internal PMO and operational processes.

Essential / Mandatory:
Experience working with the SC (Security Check) clearance process is mandatory — candidates must either currently hold SC clearance or have direct prior experience navigating the SC clearance application/vetting process, given the nature of our public sector client accounts.

A recent degree in any discipline (Business, Management, Technology, or Project Management-related subjects are advantageous).

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and teams.

A proactive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn.

Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
Desirable (not essential):

Exposure to project coordination, reporting tools, Jira, or PMO activities.
