What you'll be doing...
Procurement
- Ordering materials from suppliers.
- Negotiating prices and lead times.
- Building relationships with suppliers across the UK.
- Making sure production has everything they need.
- Finding new products and helping us improve costs.
Marketing
- Running our LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Business pages.
- Writing captions and showcasing completed projects.
- Creating exciting content that shows off what we do.
- Helping improve our website and SEO.
- Working alongside our designers to bring ideas to life.
Commercial Support
- Producing quotations and pricing jobs.
- Helping customers throughout their projects.
- Supporting the directors with business development.
- Preparing presentation documents and proposals.
Tenders & Compliance
- Assisting with NHS, council and commercial tender submissions.
- Completing supplier questionnaires.
- Supporting Health & Safety documentation.
- Helping keep our accreditations and compliance documents up to date.
General Business Support
You'll become involved in all areas of the business. Whether that's organising installations, solving supplier issues, helping plan marketing campaigns, supporting production, or finding better ways of doing things you'll quickly become one of the people everyone comes to.
About You

Holds a full UK Driving License.
If you've got experience in procurement, administration, marketing or project coordination, but attitude is just as important.

Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
