We require someone on an permanent basis with previous experience with an ability to perform technical diagnostics and administration across some or all of the following areas:
- Windows Desktop and Server technicalogies
- Networking technologies e.g. (CISCO, HP including routing and switching)
- Wifi Survey experience.
- Rack and Stack experience.
- support or provisioning Experience.
Skills required: This would be an ideal opportunity for an engineer with CCNA or equivalent certification, with experience of Wifi Surveying, to progress their career in configuration, troubleshooting and administration on CISCO, WiFi and other Network and Server technologies. Experience of support on networking products, Wifi tools, desktop products including Microsoft technologies, Good customer facing skills, Strong analytic / problem solving skills.
Ideally the engineer for this will be currently based around the Reading or the home counties area of England.
This role will require travel across the UK to customers sites on a daily basis so engineers must be willing to travel. Company will provide car allowance for engineers also. Engineers must have full UK driving licence.
Engineers as part of their role will also be involved in managing out of hours client requests on an On-Call rota basis. this is compensated separately.
