We're looking for a hands-on Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial fit out to manage electrical installation projects across London & home counties. You'll take ownership of projects from Pre construction through to completion, coordinating with clients, main contractors, design teams, and site labour to deliver on time, on budget, and to spec.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical installation projects on commercial fit-out sites from pre-start through to practical completion and handover
- Plan and programme electrical works, coordinating with the main contractor's overall project schedule
- Liaise with clients, architects, M&E consultants, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
- Manage labour, subcontractors, and material procurement to keep projects on track
- Monitor project costs against budget, tracking variations and change orders
- Ensure all works comply with current wiring regulations (BS 7671), building regulations, and health & safety standards
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and manage O&M manuals, test certificates, and handover documentation
- Attend site meetings and progress meetings, reporting status to senior management and clients
- Identify and manage project risks, resolving issues as they arise on site
Pay: £280.00-£300.00 per day
