Job Summary
You will assist in ensuring all equipment and kitchen areas are clean to the required standards. Duties include, completing daily cleaning schedule, clean all kitchen utensils, china, cutlery, pots, pans, equipment, cleaning floors and tables in the kitchen and preparation areas, clean & maintain store rooms. Other duties include, preparing vegetables, ingredients for menu & supporting chefs to process orders.
Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
Hours will be mainly evenings and weekends
