We are looking for Domiciliary Care Assistants - to work at our New and Innovated Branch in DORKING.
We are a not-for-profit Home Care Service which works to deliver a high standard of care to our clients in the community.

Shifts available: 36 hours a week with alternate weekends.
Qualifications Required:
- Previous Experience (at Least 1 Year)
- Has right to work in the UK (essential - we not not offer sponsorship to work in the UK).
Pay:
With A Care Certificate - £14.31 - going up to £15.82 at Weekends. (Bank Holidays £21.47).
With A Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2 or 3 - £15.11 -going up to £16.61 at Weekends (Bank Holidays £22.67).

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will visit elderly people in their own homes to ensure they receive the highest standards of care and support. Your role will focus on promoting independence, choice, rights, and quality of life, providing the following services:
- Companionship and emotional support.
- Accompanying individuals when going out of the house.
- Personal care (e.g., assistance with washing and dressing).
- Meal and nutritional support (e.g., food preparation and serving).
- Medication support.
Our carers must always act in a way that promotes the interests of the Society, its staff, and service user.
*Ts and Cs
Travel time will be paid based on the durations calculated by the RM using the Access software programme. The travel rate will be set at the national minimum wage (£12.71 from 1 April 2026).
MOT/Breakdown: This will be paid annually through payroll upon submission of a valid 12-month MOT certificate and proof of breakdown cover. If only an MOT certificate is provided, payment will be limited to £50. The full amount will be paid where both are in place to encourage staff to maintain breakdown cover. Payment is made once per year and only after six months of service, subject to proof of purchase.
Business Insurance: This will be an annual payment of up to £50, reimbursed upon presentation of a valid receipt.
