About Us
JM Design Studio Ltd. is an architectural practice delivering thoughtful, technically robust design across the residential, education and commercial sectors.
Alongside our architectural work, we are increasingly involved in digital design, modern methods of construction and consultancy for complex construction projects. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an organised and proactive Business Support Coordinator to help keep the practice running smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised and wants to become an integral part of a friendly and growing business.
The Role
You will work closely with our Operations Manager and Directors, providing day-to-day administrative and operational support across the business.
No two days are the same. One morning you might be preparing invoices, while the afternoon could involve updating company policies, coordinating CPD events or helping prepare a bid submission.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of tasks, communicating professionally and finding better ways of doing things.
