Velaris Facilities is a professional cleaning company covering South West London. We're expanding our end of tenancy and deep clean team and are looking specifically for experienced cleaners who can work unsupervised — this role isn't suited to general domestic cleaning experience alone.
What you'll be doing:
End of tenancy and deep cleans for landlords, letting agents and private clients — full property resets to a deposit-return standard: ovens, limescale and grout removal, inside cupboards/fridges, skirting boards, degreasing. Jobs are solo or paired, and you'll be trusted to run the checklist and deliver the standard without someone checking over your shoulder.
We're only looking for candidates who have:
- Proven experience specifically in end of tenancy or deep cleaning (tell us where, and roughly how long)
- Confidence working unsupervised to a detailed checklist and inspection standard
- Reliability — able to commit to booked jobs
- DBS check (or willing to undergo one — we can assist)
Nice to have (not essential):
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle — helps you cover more of the area, and we pay 25p/mile for travel between jobs if you drive
What we offer:
- £15.00/hr, paid weekly
