Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold quality standards and promote a culture of excellence
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety compliance, and maintenance needs across the property
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests promptly and resolve any service issues effectively
- Assist in developing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times while optimizing labor costs
- Enforce health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and adherence to sanitation standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, and safety procedures
