What You’ll Do
- Carry out technical surveys for sash window restoration and bespoke joinery.
- Present solutions with confidence and authority.
- Close sales ethically, effectively and consistently.
- Manage your own workflow and follow‑ups.
- Work with management to ensure smooth project delivery.
What You Need
Experience
- Proven B2C closing experience in home improvements — essential.
- Comfortable in dealing with Architects Surveyors and Conservaton officers
- Strong understanding of traditional joinery and conservation‑led restoration.
- Knowledge of rot repair, splicing, glazing, Repair Care Resin systems, and installing double glazing into existing sashes.
Qualities
- Self‑motivated, hungry and target‑driven.
- Confident communicator with natural rapport‑building skills.
- Organised, disciplined and reliable and honest
- Comfortable working independently.
Requirements
- CSCS card advantageous.
- Proven success in this environment
- 4‑week trial period leading to full‑time engagement.
