Research Development & Innovation at the University Hospital of Liverpool Group (UHLG) are looking for a Senior Administrator to provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Group Director of Operations Research & Innovation and the Group Director of Research and Innovation.
The RD&I team consists of a Director of Operations Research & Innovation and the Group Director of Research and Innovation, a Business Team, a Research Governance Team, an Innovation team, a Senior Nurse, and a communications lead.
The role if pivotal in supporting the Director of Operations Research & Innovation and the Group Director of Research and Innovation, it operates at executive level taking minutes at meetings that feed to the Trust Board.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as is an ability to work independently and flexibly.
It is essential that the candidate must demonstrable experience of supporting executive/director level. Has excellent interpersonal management skills. They must also have knowledge of change management / policy and procedure processes.
