Leda Group is partnering with a well-established construction company to recruit an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new-build housing development in East Oxfordshire.

The Role
As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme, budget and quality expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all site operations from commencement through to completion.
- Leading and coordinating subcontractors and direct labour.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Driving programme delivery and monitoring progress against key milestones.
- Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
- Managing customer care, snagging and plot handovers.
- Working closely with Technical, Commercial and Sales teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Producing site reports and maintaining accurate project records.
- Creating a positive culture on site with strong leadership and clear communication.
About You
We're looking for an experienced residential Site Manager who enjoys leading from the front and takes pride in delivering quality developments.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience managing new-build residential developments.
- Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site programmes.
- A proactive approach to quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
- The ability to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard.

Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
