We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our independent, 4 surgery practice. The position is to replace our current long-standing associate.
Operating for over 30 years, the practice is based in a busy market town with good transport links to Shrewsbury, Chester, Manchester and Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team with an established patient list.

This would be an ideal position for an experienced clinician who has a specialist interest. For the successful candidate, there is a view to a potential partnership.

About You
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a recognised dental qualification and be registered with the General Dental Council (GDC)
- Have an active NHS performer number
- Be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be enthusiastic, reliable, and a strong team player
- Have experience in both NHS and private dentistry (preferred but not essential)
Your Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of general dental treatments to a high clinical standard
- Develop long-term relationships with patients through exceptional care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with all GDC, CQC, and NHS regulations
- Work collaboratively with the wider dental team to ensure an excellent patient experience
