Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude and provide outstanding service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment to uphold health and safety standards
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods, supporting overall store operations
- Follow safety procedures diligently to create a secure environment for staff and customers
- Engage with customers to answer questions, offer recommendations, and enhance their overall experience
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
