The Opportunity
Are you an experienced B2C closer looking for exceptional earning potential with zero cold calling?
We are seeking high-performing Direct Sales Representatives across Scotland to present turn-key solar and battery solutions directly to homeowners in their local region.
We supply 3 pre-screened, fully confirmed appointments per day straight to your diary within your assigned territory.
What We Provide:
- 3 Confirmed Appointments Daily: Pre-booked directly within your preferred local area/region.
- Both Decision Makers Present: All appointments are pre-qualified to ensure both homeowners are present for your presentation.
- Industry-Leading Commission: 15% uncapped commission on every completed sale.
- High Conversion Rate: Strong lead quality with an average 1 in 3 conversion rate.
- Weekly Pay: Reliable, prompt weekly commission payouts.
- Full Product & Technical Training: Comprehensive training provided on our solar PV and battery storage technology—no prior renewable energy background required.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven B2C In-Home Sales Experience: A track record in direct sales (e.g., renewables, home improvements, heating, telecoms, or similar).
- Strong Closing Ability: Ability to build instant rapport, conduct dynamic presentations, and close ethically on the day.
- Hardware Requirements: Must have your own laptop or tablet to run design software, present solutions, and process customer agreements.
- Full UK Driving Licence & Reliable Vehicle: Essential for traveling to customer home appointments across your region.
- Self-Motivated & Driven: High energy with a hunger to maximize uncapped weekly earnings.
- Professionalism: Outstanding communication skills representing a trusted Scottish renewable brand.
