Huffkins cafe in John Lewis Cheltenham is recruiting a full time Team Leader.
Day time hours only .
Huffkins is a family business with 9 cafe tearooms and a central craft bakery in the Cotswolds.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team leader to come and work with us day time hours only , 5 days a week to include mid week and weekend shifts.
Great pay.
You should have at least two years hospitality experience and understand how to support the team in all aspects of customer service and work with the Management team to hit all key KPIs . These include sales targets, service standards, health and hygiene and other performance indicators.
Experience with coffee an advantage too
You should be of smart appearance, have a can do attitude and be reliable.
