Your Mission
This isn't just another ecommerce role—this is frontline trading, and it starts with knowing our landscape better than anyone. You'll be the eyes and ears of the brand across every reseller and competitor, tracking where and how our products show up, how they're merchandised, and where they rank—then deciding how we respond. You'll:
- Actively monitor the reseller and competitor landscape—tracking where and how our products appear, how they're presented, merchandised, and ranked across websites and marketplaces
- Spot changes in the market and recommend how we respond across our own website and the marketplaces we operate on, always in line with our KPIs
- Translate competitor and reseller insight into action on pricing, merchandising, and product strategy
- Daily/Weekly management of reporting, e-commerce product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimisation for search engines (SEO)
- Analyse website traffic and sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results
- Drive continued growth across marketplaces, exploring and leveraging new opportunities
- Own how we grow across marketplaces and our website—deciding what we sell, where we sell it, and how we win
- Support the E-commerce function with tasks and projects around content, product listings, online marketing etc.
- Turn insight into action—fast
You'll work side-by-side with our leadership and sales teams, driving real impact and seeing the results of your decisions instantly.

You'll pair that vigilance with day-to-day management of our online listings and performance analysis to maximise sales and brand visibility across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and SEO skills, and the drive to chase down every opportunity.
