The Role As a CaroClean Cleaner, you will be responsible for completing cleaning jobs to a high professional standard while representing the CaroClean brand. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning Airbnb apartments, shortlets, homes, offices, and other properties.
- Following CaroClean cleaning standards and checklists.
- Ensuring properties are clean, tidy, and ready for clients or guests.
- Reporting any damages or issues found at properties.
- Taking before and after cleaning photos when required.
- Communicating professionally with CaroClean and clients.
- Completing assigned cleaning jobs reliably and on time.
What We Are Looking For We are looking for cleaners who are:
- Reliable and punctual.
- Experienced in professional cleaning (preferred but not essential).
- Able to work independently and pay attention to detail.
- Trustworthy and respectful of clients' homes and properties.
- Good at communication.
