We are looking for a reliable and organised Waste and Recycling Operations Coordinator / Weighbridge Operative to join our team.
This is mainly an office-based role within our busy skip hire, waste, aggregates and scrap metal yard. You will help with the day-to-day running of the office, including answering phones, booking skips, operating the weighbridge and dealing with customers and drivers.
We are also looking for someone who can take responsibility for the yard and help manage the team when needed. This will include organising the yard staff, making sure jobs are getting done and dealing with any day-to-day problems that come up.
When the office is quiet, you can head out into the yard to help manage the workload and get involved with practical jobs. When the yard is quiet, you can get back into the office and help there.
