Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, retail, or guest-facing role.

Experience dealing with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working towards KPI targets and encouraging guest survey participation.

A willingness to learn and follow company procedures and standards.

Previous hotel, accommodation, or front office experience is desirable but not essential.
