We are looking for a confident and personable Bartender / Front of House team member to join our team. The bar will be the main focus of the role, but we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and is happy to support the wider front-of-house operation when required.

- Developing a good knowledge of our drinks offering and being able to make recommendations to guests.
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, stock control and organisation behind the bar.
- Providing warm, attentive and professional service to our guests.
- Supporting the wider front-of-house team when required, including clearing and resetting tables, running food and drinks and assisting during busy service periods.
- Working closely with the restaurant, kitchen and hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties and maintaining high standards throughout the shift.
We are looking for someone with previous bar or hospitality experience who takes pride in what they do, has a genuine passion for customer service and is comfortable working as part of a team.
Previous experience in a quality hotel, restaurant, pub or bar would be beneficial, but personality, attitude and a willingness to get stuck in are equally important. Evening and weekend working is an essential part of the role.
