We are a busy and fast-growing financial and property company based in Orpington, Kent. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and organised Property Manager / Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Role
This is a varied full-time position combining office administration, financial administration and property management.
You will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring that banking, invoicing, payments, property matters and general administrative duties are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Banking – Checking company bank accounts on a daily basis and monitoring transactions.
- Invoicing – Preparing and sending invoices to customers and clients.
- Credit Control – Following up and chasing outstanding or unpaid invoices.
- Bank Reconciliation – Carrying out regular bank reconciliations and ensuring company records are accurate and up to date.
- Bill Payments – Processing and organising company bills and payments when due.
- Email Management – Monitoring company email accounts throughout the day and responding to or forwarding enquiries as appropriate.
- Post Collection – Collecting company post from the Delivery Office and ensuring correspondence is dealt with promptly.
- Repairs and Maintenance – Organising property repairs and maintenance and coordinating contractors as required.
- Tenant and Contractor Liaison – Communicating with tenants, landlords, contractors and other third parties regarding property-related matters.
- Rent Collection – Monitoring rental payments and following up on any outstanding rent where necessary.
- Property Records – Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property, tenant and related administrative records.
About You
The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and confident managing a varied workload across both office administration and property management.
You should have:
- Previous office administration experience
- Property management experience
- Experience with basic banking, invoicing or financial administration
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good general IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Confidence working with figures and financial records
- Confidence dealing with tenants, landlords, contractors and other professional contacts
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A professional, proactive and dependable approach to work
