We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our vibrant, professional kitchen brigade. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences at Hartnett Holder & Co, our award-winning destination restaurant.
About the Role
Our Chefs de Partie play an integral role within the kitchen brigade, ensuring all sections work collaboratively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Section Management: Maintain all workspaces and prepare fresh mise-en-place to the highest standards while keeping fridges clean and organised.
- Culinary Creativity: Follow recipes, assist with new menu development, and actively contribute creative ideas.
- Quality Control: Handle all kitchen equipment compliantly and treat every ingredient with care and respect.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, demonstrate excellent food hygiene knowledge, and complete daily H&S checklists.
- Team Leadership: Support the training and development of apprentice chefs and junior team members.
About You
- Experience: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie is essential.
- Attributes: Driven, confident, self-motivated, and able to thrive within a fast-paced team.
- Passion: An all-encompassing love for cooking and eating, not just someone who views cooking as a job.
- Mindset: A strong belief that guest satisfaction is essential to your craft.
