We are seeking an energetic and friendly Part-time Receptionist to join our dynamic team! Tuesdays 4-7.30pm and occasional Saturdays 9-1 or 9-4pm
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take payments and check completed paperwor
- Maintain stock levels
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and basic office correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication across departments.
Requirements
- Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in basic office software such as MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to stand or sit comfortably for periods of time during shifts.
- Reliable punctuality and a proactive attitude toward assisting others.
