About the role
As part of our Automation Team at Origin Coffee, you will be an integral part of our production team, responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining automated packaging equipment, ensuring our freshly roasted coffee is packed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll do
Machine Operation
Carry out quality checks on finished products, including pack presentation, seal integrity, dating, and weight accuracy.
Equipment Care & Maintenance
Health, Safety & Compliance
Work collaboratively with colleagues across production, roasting, warehouse, and planning departments.

What you'll bring
Essential
Experience operating automated packaging or processing equipment.
Previous experience within a food manufacturing environment.
Understanding of food safety, HACCP, and quality systems.
