Our Client
Our client is a boutique executive search firm specialising in senior digital and technology leadership hires. Founded by two highly respected industry leaders who are regularly featured in leading national newspapers and have appeared on BBC News, the founders carry genuine weight and influence within the executive search and technology leadership community.
The firm works exclusively on retained search mandates, placing C-suite executives, and leadership teams into globally recognised brands and high-growth organisations, including the likes of ASOS, Facebook, M&S, Monzo and Sky. Rather than operating at volume, the business is built around quality, precision and impact — every search is handled with meticulous care, deep market insight, and a genuinely consultative approach.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, high-performing, and intellectually driven team at the very early stages of your career, working alongside experienced consultants on high-profile, high-value mandates from day one.
