Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest intoxication levels and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
- Manage cash register transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, encouraging repeat visits
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending is preferred
- Knowledge of bartending techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and measurements
- Demonstrated hospitality skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service standards is a plus
