FULL & PART TIME FOH TEAM MEMBERS / SERVERS
£12.71 PH | Up to £15 OTE including tips & service
Situated in the heart of Monton, Garden Bar & Restaurant is a premium destination for drinking, dining, and making great memories. We’re currently looking for experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our team and help deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests.
This role involves working across both bar and floor service, so we’re looking for confident, adaptable people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a strong team.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months hospitality experience
- Comfortable working behind the bar and on the restaurant floor
- Passion for great customer service and hospitality
- Positive attitude and ability to work on your own initiative
- Interest in cocktails, wine, and premium drinks (full training provided)
- Strong team player with good communication skills
Knowledge of wines and cocktails would be advantageous, but personality and willingness to learn are equally important.
All FOH team members are cross-trained across the venue and expected to support wherever needed during service.
