Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced TIG and MAG Welder / Fabricator to join our growing team.
We specialise in process engineering, stainless steel fabrication, pipework and installation projects, working across a range of industrial and food manufacturing environments.
We are looking for someone who works great as part of a team, takes genuine pride in their work, always works to the best of their ability and most importantly follows safe working practices.
Requirements:
Typical duties will include:
- Fabrication and installation of process pipework in our workshop and on site
- Fabricating brackets, supports, frames and other stainless steel components
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Carrying out accurate fit-up prior to welding
- Working on installation and modification projects at customer sites
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Working safely around existing plant and equipment
- Following RAMS, permits and customer site procedures
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven TIG welding experience
- Experience welding stainless steel
- Good pipe fitting and fabrication skills
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Full UK driving licence
Salary ranges from £20 - £25 based on experience and proven competency.
Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
