As we grow, we’re looking for a full-time Front of House team member to help us deliver friendly, efficient service and an outstanding guest experience every single day.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome every guest with a warm smile and friendly greeting, making them feel right at home
- Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently, ensuring smooth communication with the kitchen and bar
- Deliver orders promptly and check in with guests to ensure they’re having a great experience
- Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and inviting throughout service
- Manage table turns efficiently while maintaining excellent customer care
- Handle takeaway and reservation queries with professionalism and ease
- Support team members by helping with setup, restocking, and closing duties
- Stay calm and focused during busy periods, always keeping a positive attitude
- Spot opportunities to improve guest experience and share your ideas with the team
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone with a friendly and approachable personality who loves making people feel welcome
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn count just as much
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality you enjoy working closely with colleagues to deliver top service
- Able to stay calm and organised under pressure, especially during busy shifts
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and positive mindset
- Someone who is keen to develop their skills and progress, ideally looking to move into management in the future
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to help out with different tasks as needed
- Passionate about delivering great customer experiences and always ready to go the extra mile
