Beauty Salon Manager
The Beauty Salon Manager will:
- Oversee the daily operations of the beauty salon, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services.
- Manage, supervise and coordinate salon staff, including preparing rotas, allocating duties and monitoring staff performance.
- Hire and Train the staff
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction, dealing with enquiries, feedback and complaints appropriately.
- Manage and monitor salon budgets, operating costs, sales and expenses, maintaining appropriate financial records.
- Oversee stock and inventory levels for beauty products, equipment and consumables and arrange orders when required.
- Ensure compliance with the salon's health, safety, hygiene, cleanliness and operational procedures.
- Monitor industry trends, customer demand and service performance and recommend improvements to the salon's services.
- Supervise customer payment processes and maintain accurate business and operational records.
Salary
The company will guarantee a salary of £42,000 per annum for 37.5 hours per week.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required
The successful candidate will be expected to have:
- Previous experience in a beauty salon or similar supervisory/management role.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in managing and supervising salon staff.
- Ability to manage appointments, stock and daily salon records.
- Basic knowledge of sales, payments and salon expenses.
- Ability to work well with both customers and staff.
- NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent relevant qualification is preferred.
Pay: £42,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
